Conference and Ceilidh Tickets

Major International Conference in Edinburgh, 5th October.

On 5 October Scotland will host a major international conference which will, for the first time, bring 15 of Europe’s autonomy and independence movements together in Edinburgh to map out a future for Europe based on decentralisation and greater democracy. Independence campaigners from around the continent have this unique opportunity to get together, make connections, plan and learn from each other.

Among the nations and regions attending are Greenland, the Faros, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Flanders, the Veneto, Sardinia, Sicily, South Tyrol, Catalonia, the Basque Country, Corsica and the North of England.

The conference is being organised by the Scottish Independence Convention in association with the International Commission for European Citizens, an EU-affiliated body which represents nations and regions seeking independence or greater autonomy. It will be held in Greyfriar’s Kirk, Edinburgh, from 2PM until 5PM. It will be followed by a chance to show out international guests real Scottish hospitality at a ceilidh in the same venue in the evening.

Tickets for both events are on sale now. Conference tickets only are £10 and conference and ceilidh tickets are £25 and include a fork buffet in the evening. The evening’s music is being performed by the Stan Reeves Ceilidh Band.

Book now and be part of a historic event uniting those in Europe who believe that they are more able to deliver the nation they long to be than is any distant government running their nation from afar.
